Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift Card Usage, Expiration, and Redemption Gift cards may be used toward services or products at SONA. Lost or expired cards may not be replaced, so we encourage safe storage and timely use.
