Records regarding Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and similar sensitive matters generally require a qualifying court order or specific written consent before use in any legal proceeding.

C.  Mobile Privacy & Consent-First Policy
Participation in the Sona Pedicures text messaging program is 100% optional and requires your explicit opt-in. We respect your privacy and will never contact you without your consent.

I. Consent Requirement: No text messages will be sent to your mobile device before your affirmative consent is captured and recorded.
II. No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
III. Subcontractor Support: Information sharing to subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
IV. SMS Data Protection: All categories of our data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

D.  Health Screening & Contraindications
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, Sona Pedicures may collect limited health-related information prior to your service. This may include disclosures related to:

– Open wounds, cuts, or skin infections on the feet or lower legs
– Fungal conditions such as nail fungus or athlete’s foot
– Diabetic neuropathy or circulatory conditions
– Allergies to nail products, essential oils, or topical agents
– Recent surgeries or injuries to the feet or ankles

This information is used solely to customize your service and ensure your safety. It will not be used for any other purpose without your written consent.

E.  Sanitation & Product Disclosure
As a waterless pedicure spa, Sona Pedicures uses hospital-grade sanitization protocols and single-use or properly sterilized implements for every guest. We may collect information regarding product sensitivities or preferences to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, including:

– Known allergies to nail polishes, or gels
– Sensitivities to fragrances, essential oils, or lotions used during services
– Preferences for vegan, cruelty-free, or non-toxic product lines

F.  Photography & Social Media Consent
Sona Pedicures may occasionally photograph completed nail services for use on our website and social media platforms. Your participation is entirely voluntary and subject to the following terms:

– Explicit Written Consent Required: No photos or videos of guests will be taken or published without prior written consent.
– Right to Withdraw: Consent may be revoked at any time by contacting us in writing.
– No Identifying Information: Unless expressly authorized, only nail or foot close-ups will be used — no faces or identifying features.
