Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or change their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If an appointment is canceled or modified within 12 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
For group appointments of 3 or more, the card on file will be charged for any individuals who cancel or make changes within the
12-hour window. Clients can cancel or modify appointments by calling 404-795-8225, texting +1 (678) 688-3953 (Marietta),

Card information will be securely encrypted and stored in the client profile for use in accordance with this policy.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not show up or fails to notify us, the full cost of the appointment will be charged. For group bookings of 3 or more, the full cost of the group appointment will be charged in the event of a no-show. Clients may still cancel or modify appointments using the same contact methods listed above.
Late Policy
We understand that delays can happen. However, if a client arrives late, services may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.
A $25 fee may apply for cancellations due to lateness.
